- All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.
- We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice.
4. Ordering and Payment
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods.
- We will confirm acceptance of your order by email (Order Confirmation).
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
- Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
6. Returns and Refunds
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible.
- We will refund the cost of the goods (but not the original shipping costs) once we receive the returned items.
- Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full, including postage.
